Two friends are preparing to cycle 10,000km across Africa.
Cam Wheeler, who lives near Framlingham, and Robin Hutchinson will set off from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on December 12 and aim to reach Cape Town, South Africa by April 2026.
The challenge is in memory of Mr Wheeler’s brother, Ali, who died in 2013 from a rare form of sarcoma at the age of 24.
He was supported by St Elizabeth Hospice in 2013, and the pair are raising funds for the charity through the challenge.
Mr Wheeler said: "The care Ali received was incredible.
"All the hospice staff are like superhumans.
"They are just so compassionate and our whole family felt reassured knowing Ali was getting the best care possible.
"It meant a huge amount to all of us and this is a big inspiration behind why we are taking on this chal
