A legal strike?

As members of the House Armed Services Committee mull the legality of the U.S. military’s reported so-called “double tap” attack that destroyed an alleged drug boat and then killed two survivors off the coast of Venezuela, Committee Chair and Alabama 3 Congressman Mike Rogers said he’s personally been persuaded that the strike was legal, reports AL.com’s Mike Cason .

That’s based on classified briefings and a viewing of video footage of the incident. He wants the rest of the committee to get a chance to see that video.
