Ferozepur, December 12, 2025: A visually impaired graduate from the Home for the Blind in Ferozepur has strongly supported the Election Commission of India's (ECI) ongoing voter list cleansing drive, the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
The SIR, or Special Intensive Revision, is a national-level exercise initiated by the ECI with the dual objective of ensuring that every eligible Indian citizen is included in the Electoral Roll (ER) and, crucially, that no ineligible voter is registered.
