Given the Rangers’ many needs and limited budget it’s a foregone conclusion that they will be digging through the factory seconds in the Rule 5 Draft.

One of the shirts with the wrong number of buttons the Rangers snatched up is Carter Baumler, who has managed to wrack up all of 88.2 innings in 4 years of professional ball.
