Almost 50 years after going missing, a Pueblo Vietnam veteran's ring has been returned to his widow.

John Palumbo, a veteran of the 3rd Marine Division, graduated from Pueblo East High School in 1968 before joining the U.S. Marine Corps. He was subsequently deployed to Vietnam. Meanwhile, his girlfriend and later wife, Lori Palumbo, finished her senior year of high school. After graduation, Lori Palumbo joined the Air Force and served at three bases in Texas.
