CIRCLEVILLE — If you’ve ever wished for a box full of homemade cookies just like Grandma used to bake, you’re in luck. The Circleville Presbyterian Church will hold its annual Cookie Walk on Saturday, December 13, beginning at 9 a.m. at the church, located at 134 East Mound Street.
The long-running holiday event features dozens of varieties of homemade cookies prepared by church members and volunteers. Shoppers can fill a box with their favorites, paying $12 per pound. This makes a great plate for visitors during the holiday or even a gift.
Volunteers say the event serves a greater purpose beyond holiday treats.
