Vernon Kay has said he's 'putting it out there' as he championed the return of a show he once hosted, following in his wife Tess Daly's footsteps as she looks back at her own career.
The BBC Radio 2 star was quick to support his broadcaster wife as she revealed she was leaving Strictly Come Dancing alongside co-host Claudia Winkleman at the end of the current series.
Tess has been at the helm of the hit BBC One dance show since it began back in 2004, first hosting alongside the legendary Sir Bruce Forsyth. It was then in 2014 that she began co-hosting the beloved programme alongside Claudia after her late colleague and friend decided to step down from presenting duties, a couple of years before his death in 2017.
