December 12, 1939 - December 8, 2025 (age 85)

On December 8, 2025 Cecil Bruce Coburn, cherished, father, grandpa, brother, husband and friend peacefully left this life in Logan, Utah. Bruce was born on December 12, 1939 in Bingham Canyon UT to Cecil Lawrence and Mary Alice Coburn.

He was the fourth child, first son, to a family that grew to include 11 children.

Growing up and attending school in Preston, Idaho, Bruce graduated in 1958. He was active in school events, and was a member of the swim team. During high school, he worked many jobs, and met a girl named Glenda (Cole) and their love story began. After graduating From Preston high school, Bruce served in the Army and Air Force National Guard. He also served a 2 1/2 year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints
