EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Evansville Police Department officials say a woman is in jail on multiple charges, including indecent exposure.

According to an affidavit, an officer was on another call when he saw a single-vehicle crash blocking the roadway on Southbound Highway 41.

Officials say the officer was behind the vehicle with their emergency lights on, a woman, later identified as Sydney Gogel, immediately ran out of the vehicle only wearing a thong and bra.

Police say they were eventually able to catch up to Gogel and tried to grab her arms and put them behind her to arrest her.

They say she kept pulling away from officers, resisting law enforcement.

Gogel was eventually placed into handcuffs and put into a patrol car.
