Maharashtra, December 11: The cold wave has finally intensified across Maharashtra, prompting the India Meteorological Department (IMD) to issue a cold wave alert for 13 districts on Friday, December 12. Many regions in the state are experiencing a sharp drop in minimum temperatures, leading to severe winter conditions.

According to the IMD Colaba Observatory, several parts of Central Maharashtra, Marathwada, and Vidarbha are under a cold wave warning. The next 24 hours are expected to remain significantly cold.
