Pune/Nagpur, December 11, 2025: In a key review meeting held at the Vidhan Bhavan’s Cabinet Hall, the Maharashtra government approved more than 220 development projects for Pune district. The decisions were taken during the fifth meeting of the Pune Metropolitan Planning Committee, chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. A total of ₹32,523 crore has been sanctioned to support infrastructure expansion across the region.

Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil, and several legislators, including Tanaji Sawant, Sunil Shelke, Siddharth Shirole and Shankar Mandekar, were present.
