At one point, they look like one of the best teams in college football led by a surefire Heisman frontrunner. At others, they look like deer in headlights, unsure of how to throw or catch.

Going into the season, everyone considered Alabama a national title contender. Kalen DeBoer would take the next step in Year Two. Several experts even picked the Crimson Tide to win it all.
Now? Up is down. Indiana is undefeated. They await the winner of Alabama-Oklahoma for a Rose Bowl showdown. And no one thinks the Tide can win anything anymore.
