New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and United States President Donald Trump spoke over the phone on Thursday, during which the two leaders reviewed the current progress of the India–US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership. Their discussion also covered ongoing cooperation and developments between the two nations.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Modi first mentioned the warmth of the conversation and wrote, “Had a very warm and engaging conversation with President Trump.”

He then highlighted their review of bilateral ties and added, “We reviewed the progress in our bilateral relations and discussed regional and international developments. India and the U.S. will continue to work together for global peace, stability and prosperity.”
