The Pittsburgh Steelers have placed offensive tackle Calvin Anderson on injured reserve after he suffered a knee injury in practice last week. Anderson will miss the rest of the regular season with the injury.

He joins starting left tackle Broderick Jones on injured reserve. Jones is on injured reserve after he suffered a neck injury against the Chicago Bears. Meanwhile, the Steelers signed Dylan Cook to the active roster, and if Andrus Peat can not play due to a concussion, it would be Cook starting at left tackle.

Anderson serves as the team’s top reserve at left and right tackle, and so him missing time would be a hit to their depth across the offensive line.
