When the Patriots were in Cincinnati, Jahlani Tavai stayed in Massachusetts due to personal reasons.

Although it wasn’t known why the veteran linebacker wasn’t with the team, it was clear he was on everyone’s mind. In that game, Hunter Henry scored a touchdown and dedicated the score to Tavai. After the win, the Patriots FaceTimed their teammate inside the visitor’s locker room.

“We just wanted him to know how much we love him, how much we care for him, and how much we care for everything he’s got going on. We’re brothers,” Henry said that day.
