Bonners Ferry school awarded $50k for new playground

BONNERS FERRY, Idaho --A Bonners Ferry school is getting a new playground for Christmas this year. North Idaho Classical Academy is one of the latest 25 recipients of T-Mobile's Hometown Grant. The Academy will receive $50,000 towards building a new playground. "The T-Mobile Hometown Grant will have a tremendous impact on North Idaho Classical Academy and the greater Bonners Ferry community,” said Dr. Jake Francom, Head of School for North Idaho Classical Academy. “This funding helps us build a safe, vibrant playground that will support the healthy development of our students and provide a gathering place for families.
