Montana Sen. Tim Sheehy, along with veterans and elite skydivers, reclaimed the world record for the largest flag flown during a group skydive, deploying a 3,200-square-foot, 170-pound American flag from a Vietnam-era Huey helicopter some 10,000 feet above Arizona.

The flag from the Dec. 7 Pearl Harbor Day feat is nearly double the size of the Libyan flag flown during a similar stunt over Benghazi, Libya, earlier this year. The jump prompted retired U.S. Army Ranger Jariko Denman, entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, veterans, technical experts and professionals from Skydive Arizona and Skydive Chicago to eclipse it, according to a press release from Sheehy's office.
