A court-appointed receiver has taken over finances of a collapsed health care business after the systematic closures of eight pain and substance abuse recovery clinics with little or no notice left patients scrambling to obtain their medical records, Attorney General John Formella announced.

A Rockingham County Superior Court judge on Nov. 26, at the AG’s request, named Jason Mills, a certified fraud examiner to take charge and manage PMC Medical Group, LLC and Curam Health, LLC and all its associated businesses.
