Dec 11 (Reuters) - The Trump administration plans to appeal a judge's decision ordering the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia from immigration detention, the White House said Thursday.
"The administration opposed this activism from a judge who is really acting as a judicial activist, which we've unfortunately seen in many cases across the country," White House Press Secretary said Thursday at a briefing.
