RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - A man suspected of stealing a travel trailer in a remote area of northern Washoe County has been arrested.

While on patrol, deputies with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office recognized the trailer and began canvassing the surrounding area and speaking with residents.

Police then arrested 43-year-old Michael Jack, who also had an active felony warrant.

Deputies located Jack inside the trailer, who refused to come out. Jack eventually surrendered without incident.

He was taken to the Washoe County Detention Facility and was booked for:

• Possession of Stolen Property (Felony)

• Resisting a Public Officer

• Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia

• Felony Warrant for Failing to Appear After Bails
