The Pittsburgh Steelers are making a series of moves to fortify their offensive line after multiple injuries there. Broderick Jones and Calvin Anderson are both on injured reserve while Andrus Peat is in the concussion protocol.
They elevated offensive tackle Dylan Cook to the active roster from the practice squad, and he would be in line to start at left tackle on Monday if Peat can not clear concussion protocol.
A former quarterback at Montana, Cook converted to offensive tackle. The Steelers claimed him off waivers from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after he was released from the team during the spring of 2023. He played his first NFL snaps last week against the Ravens.
