ELBERTON, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A 15-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with the shooting death of another teenager at a McDonald’s in northeast Georgia, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).

On Tuesday, Elberton police responded to an altercation between the suspect, Justin Cleveland, and the victim, Dontavius Marable, that started inside the restaurant located at 300 Elbert St. just after 10 p.m.

According to Fox Carolina , Atlanta News First’s sister station in Greenville, South Carolina, officers found Marable, who was an employee at the restaurant, lying on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds. Officials said he was rendered first aid and taken to the hospital, where he died.
