COLUMBIA, S.C. — Governor Henry McMaster and the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) on Wednesday presented the updated South Carolina State Water Plan, a comprehensive blueprint aimed at ensuring sustainable water use as the state undergoes record population and economic growth.
