To all the board members of Lennox School District:

My name is Jose Luis Becerra, I am a parent of a special needs student in Felton Elementary School.

I am informing you of the double standards when applying the civility regulations to the speakers in the meetings. The Superintendent, Gabriela Tavitian was not paying full attention to the speakers and she felt disrespected when her attention was requested, she violated the board administrative regulation 1313.

No action was done against her on her actions on the same meeting and at the same time of the video.

The important part of this email is to inform you about the decision of the board to vote to close Felton Elementary School or not this coming December, 16th with 150 special needs students welfare at stake.
