LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A man has died days after being hit while trying to cross an interstate ramp in Louisville.
Louisville Metro Police Department responded to I-264 E near Taylor Boulevard on Dec. 6 around 8 p.m. about a pedestrian hit by a vehicle.
Police said the man was trying to cross the I-264 E ramp when he was hit. The driver of the vehicle did not stop, police said.
The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition. On Thursday, police said the man died.
LMPD's Traffic Unit is investigating the crash as a hit-and-run.
