INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a man's death Thursday on the southeast side of Indianapolis.
According to IMPD, around 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 11, a "concerned neighbor" called 911 about unresponsive people inside a residence. Officers then responded to the 2100 block of South Catherwood Avenue , which is near South Arlington Avenue and East Raymond Street.
When officers arrived on scene, police say officers discovered a man was unresponsive inside the residence. Police then forced entry into the home.
Police say an adult male and an adult female were found inside a residence with "injuries consistent with trauma." The man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the woman was transported to an area hospital.
