Eric Gallen is the wine director at Bardea Steak , an acclaimed steak restaurant in Wilmington, Delaware.
Bardea was recently recognized as one of the 50 Best Steak Restaurants in North America for 2025, the only restaurant in the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware) to earn a ranking on the list.
The recognition is a testament to Chef Antimo DiMeo’s commitment to sourcing quality meats while providing a chef-driven, thought-provoking dining experience.
Gallen also oversees the wines at the James Beard-nominated Bardea Food & Drink .
