“It's been a really hard couple months,” said Ashton Chinault.

She and Kathleen Wright are two travel agents who still currently work for Smart Moms Travel, a nationwide travel agency that specializes in Disney travel.

They both claim they have not resigned, have not been terminated, and were not paid in November for their previous months’ commissions.

“December first hits and you're like, 'it's really not okay now and we're not getting paid, and no one is getting paid,'” Wright said.

“I’ve been doing this full time for four years, and I had to just put my big girl pants on and make some really quick decisions," Chinault said. "I am currently working seasonally at Target. It's not even a fraction of what I’m owed.
