Longueuil police (SPAL) said they have arrested two men involved in the extortion of multiple businesses in Saint-Lambert earlier this year.

In a press release, SPAL said that investigators from the Organized Crime and Major Crimes section arrested suspects, Abdel Camara, 20 and Mohamad Jamil Allo, 20 Thursday morning.

“These arrests are the result of several months of investigation as part of Project CABOSSE, which was launched after a wave of threats and criminal acts targeting local restaurant owners,” the police said.
