The winners of this year's series of Celebrity Race Across the World have been confirmed. After six jam-packed episodes of the popular BBC programme, it was broadcaster Roman Kemp and his sister Harleymoon who have taken the title. The brother and sister have taken on one of the most breathtaking routes yet, finishing their journey in Columbia.

This series has led the four groups of celebrity contestants through one of the most diverse and visually stunning routes, spanning the undiscovered Caribbean and Pacific coast of Central America. Their journey begab on the idyllic Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres, just off the easternmost point of Mexico.
