IndiGo’s flight cancellation saga continued as around 38 of its incoming and outgoing flights from Ahmedabad airport were cancelled on Thursday at the time of going to print. In all, 42 flights were cancelled at Ahmedabad airport.

Many passengers had already arrived at the airport when they were informed of the cancellation, while sources said passengers were informed about the planned cancellations for some sectors. “On Thursday evening, 29 IndiGo flights (13 arrivals and 16 departures) were cancelled, and some flights were delayed by two to three hours till evening,” said a source who added that more cancellations could happen in the night.
