Vindman touts wins in defense bill, says provisions reflect constituents’ needs

VIRGINIA (CBS19 NEWS) -- Rep. Eugene Vindman, a 25-year Army veteran representing Virginia’s 7th District, is highlighting three provisions he helped secure in the final National Defense Authorization Act.

“What we were trying to do was respond directly to the needs of the constituents,” Vindman said.
