FAYETTEVILLE -- University of Arkansas Coach Ryan Silverfield continued to build his staff on Thursday, adding cornerbacks coach TJ Rushing, sources confirmed to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Silverfield also landed Gaizka Crowley to serve in the general manager role, the coaching news website FootballScoop.com reported.
ESPN's Adam Rittenberg first broke the news on Rushing, who served as safeties coach at Auburn in 2025 following one season as a special assistant to then-Tigers Coach Hugh Freeze.
The hirings were further indications of the staff depth Silverfield is looking to build. Scott Gasper, who was the general manager for Silverfield's program at Memphis last season, has reportedly joined his Arkansas staff as well -- to the point his X account features a picture of Razorback S
