Assemblymember Amanda Septimo (A.D. 84), who broadly represents the South Bronx neighborhoods of Concourse, Port Morris, Mott Haven and Hunts Point, Melrose and Longwood, announced Dec. 11, that she is the sixth candidate to run for Congress in New York’s 15th congressional district, a seat currently held by her Democratic colleague, Rep. Ritchie Torres .
