Three men in Cumberland County have been charged with killing a 42-year-old man in a Bridgeton home , police said.

Jamille Wright, a city resident, was shot twice and found shortly after 9 p.m. on Nov. 5 at the residence on Nichols Street, according to a statement from the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.

Wright was transported by emergency medical professionals for treatment, the office said. However, while paramedics were rendering aid, Wright died from his injuries.

Charles Clark, 39, of Mayslanding Road in Millville was charged with murder, unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, certain persons not to have weapons and hindering apprehension, the office said.

Clark was taken into custody on Dec. 10 and is awaiting pretrial detention.
