Mila Robertson, at left, of the Steubenville City Seedlings 4-H Club, and Sylvia Sudvary of the Broken Fences 4-H Club, were among the 4-H children who attended the third-annual 4-H Christmas Party. Participants had the opportunity to make a melted snowman ornament, sign cards for local veterans, make reindeer food for Christmas Eve and enjoy several additional activities. Santa and Mrs. Claus visited families in attendance. Anyone interested in joining 4-H and who want to have fun going to camp, learning how to sew and cook or discovering how to fish, can look into becoming a member of 4-H. Open enrollment began Dec. 1 and continues through April 15. For information, call the Ohio State University Extension office at (740) 264-2212.
