Texas Mutual Insurance Company is awarding more than $4.4 million to 58 nonprofits statewide as part of the second round of its 2025 request for proposals, supporting programs focused on workforce development and safety training. The funding brings the company’s total investment through its RFP initiative to more than $9 million this year. Grants prioritize organizations that train workers in safe practices, build pathways to in-demand middle-skill jobs and support adult upskilling through earn-and-learn programs.
