Six months after the tragic Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad that killed 260 people, the national airline is still under fire for its service and safety standards.
According to recent data from AirlineRatings.com, Air India received ratings of 3 out of 10 for passenger experience, 4.5 for product, and 3 out of 7 for safety.
The report, which includes over 140 passenger submissions, cites issues with seats, meals, check-in, baggage handling, and customer service.
Overall value for money scored a low 2.7, while seat and cabin space got 3 out of 5. Customer service and in-flight entertainment were both rated 2.6, showing that passengers are unhappy with onboard amenities.
