Albert Zhang posted nine points, four rebounds and four steals to lead Morris Tech to a 47-38 win over Newark Vocational, in Denville.

Morris Tech (1-0) led 27-16 at the half.

Ryan Ribnicky recorded eight points, five steals and three rebounds, Evan Kalavrouziotis posted eight points and two steals while Kshan Gole also added eight points for Morris Tech.

Ramon Lopez scored 10 points for Newark Vocational (0-1).
