Merseyside Police are appealing for the public's help to trace a man who is wanted on recall back to prison after he failed to adhere to his licensing conditions. Joel Conroy, 26, from Liverpool , is wanted on a recall to prison following his release.

Conroy served a prison sentence for drugs supply. He has links to Anfield and Chester. Anyone who sees Conroy or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Merseyside Police.
