CHIKKAMAGALUR: A recent tiger sighting in Mullayyanagiri, a popular tourist destination and the highest point in Karnataka, has put tourists and locals on high alert. Three tigers, including a mother and her cubs, have been spotted roaming the area, causing concern among coffee plantation workers and tourists.

The tigers are believed to have come from the Muthodi Tiger Reserve, and their presence has sparked fears of attacks on humans and livestock. The Forest department has been notified, and officials are taking steps to ensure public safety.
