PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The cold temperatures are causing a halt in repairs to the Schuylkill River Trail in Philadelphia.
The trail closed between Race Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard in October for emergency repair work.
A sinkhole opened up under the trails, north of the SEPTA bridge
"Now I have to go up to Kelly, " says Logan Square resident Ashley Albano. "I don't know when it's supposed to open. It's been closed for what feels like a long time."
