According to AFSCME Local 1, the proposed Compensation Plan impacts nearly 30,000 state employees and includes over $27 million in market parity adjustments and bonuses. Despite being a small part of Wisconsin's $111 billion budget, these adjustments are crucial for state workers amid the cost of living crisis.
