AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Richmond County deputies are looking for a suspect who is wanted for an armed robbery.

Deputies say the incident happened at Dollar General, 2549 Deans Bridge Road, on Thursday.

The suspect was last seen leaving the area on foot towards Murphy Road at approximately 6:38 pm., according to deputies.

The sheriff’s office says the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
