A 40-year-old man with a history of allegedly punching people is scheduled to appear in court Friday accused of slugging three women in the face in the Loop earlier this week, Chicago police announced.
Marlon Anthony Miller, 40, was arrested around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the first block of East Randolph Street and charged with felony aggravated battery in a public place, police said.
Miller was arrested minutes after he allegedly battered a 62-year-old woman, a 50-year-old woman and a 49-year-old woman, officials said.
According to a Chicago police report, Miller, who wears an ankle monitor and has several pending and similar battery cases, is accused of punching all three women in the face, including one in the nose and another damaging her $800 eyeglasses.
