Agartala, 12 th December 2025: A 14-year-old boy named Suprajit Mahishya Das lost his life in an electric auto accident at Jalai Gram Panchayat under Kailashahar this morning.

Local sources informed that Suprajit took his family’s e-auto-rickshaw out without informing anyone, accompanied by two other teenagers. While attempting to turn the vehicle a short distance from home, he suddenly lost control, causing the auto to overturn on the road. Though his companions escaped unhurt, Suprajit was trapped under the vehicle’s weight and sustained severe injuries.
