A new B&M store in Northumberland has been proposed, with the Bedlington town centre location set to bring around 40-45 more jobs for local people. The 19,000 sq ft variety shop will also be joined by a new drive thru facility, as part of the town's ongoing restoration.
Announced by property investment and development business Advance Northumberland, this new development is expected to attract increased investment, boost footfall for existing businesses, and offer residents a broader choice of retail options closer to home.
The B&M will be on Retail Lane, the new boulevard connecting the car parks with Market Terrace and the wider town centre. Outline planning per
