LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville's Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is adjusting some of its routes Friday due to the snow .

TARC announced it will be operating on its Winter Weather Detours plan.

Those who use TARC3 are encouraged to book extra travel time, especially if you have an appointment.
