LOUISVILLE, Ky. — One day after WHAS11 reported on crushing mail delays at Louisville’s Postal Service processing center, delays costing local businesses thousands in refunds, another small business owner is sharing his frustration.
At first glance, Card N All Gaming & Repairs on New Cut Road appears to be thriving. But behind the counter, owner Mason Berry said shipping delays have jeopardized his online sales, especially for high-demand items like trading cards.
“I’m losing potentially thousands of dollars to this,” Berry said.
Berry ships products and relies heavily on the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). But ongoing delays at the Louisville Processing and Distribution Center are hurting his business metrics and leading to automatic customer refunds.
