CANANDAIGUA, NY — Goodbye, Denny’s; hello, 7 Brew.
The Canandaigua City Planning Commission on Dec. 10 approved the Arkansas-based drive-thru coffee and beverage chain’s plan to demolish the former restaurant building on Eastern Boulevard near Canandaigua Lake and build a smaller drive-thru structure.
The company, which has more than 500 locations around the country, opened in Sweden and Greece in Monroe County earlier this year, with plans to open two more in Henrietta and another in Penfield.
According to company representative Larry Adler, the hope is to get going in early spring, once the weather turns.
Six employees are scheduled to work each shift, company officials told city commissioners in November. Hours will be 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 5:30 a.m. to
